Our Services
Our core services are demand generation and appointment setting services.
When working on demand generation campaigns we carry out outbound telephone and email work to generate enquiries and book appointments. For outsourced sales representation work we provide full-time field sales staff under renewable annual contracts.
The majority of our work involves cold calling, although we also follow up email marketing campaigns or marketing events. For companies with a wide target market we recommend sending an initial marketing email to the target audience, as this will make the calls 'warmer', reduce the time taken to generate results and increase the number of leads. However, if clients have a very specific target market and/or a Decision Maker is not easily identifiable or a client wants to get specific permission to send information then we will take a 'rifleshot' approach and call target companies one by one.
We believe we are the lead generation provider of choice for enterprise solution companies because:
- We solely focus on providing pipeline development services for providers of enterprise software or total solution providers. Our competitors focus on serving the needs of a sector as whole (e.g IT) and invariably end up "pitching widgets" rather than offering solutions consultatively. Unlike our competitors we only employ permanent staff with the intelligence, experience and ability to genuinely identify and qualify potential opportunities
- We recruit for positive attitude and train staff in modern, effective sales relationship development skills. We treat our staff well which means we have a massively lower staff turnover compared to large, "hothouse" outbound call centre environments. Our staff have a minimum of 2 years outbound business development experience
- We provide a warm, professional service to our clients with a view to developing long term business relationships
- Our clients generate a huge return on investment from deals that close from opportunities that we identify
- We do not charge for data. We have a global contacts database (250,000 records) but each campaign is different and we may purchase data, research and validate data on LinkedIn and/or company websites or use data provided to us by clients
