Our core services are demand generation and outsourced sales representation services.

When working on demand generation campaigns we carry out outbound telephone and email work to generate enquiries and book appointments (conference calls or one-to-one meetings).  For outsourced sales representation work we provide full-time inside sales and field sales staff under an Annual Contract.

For both outsourced sales representation and demand generation contracts we either help clients build direct or indirect sales opportunities.  With regards to the latter, we have specific experience of building Value Added Reseller, Systems Integrator and OEM/VAR opportunities with Independent Software Vendors.  Our specialist focus on Independent Software Vendors means we have an extensive global contacts network which means we can be particularly successful with campaigns to generate partnerships with software companies. 

The majority of our work involves cold calling, although we also follow up email marketing campaigns or marketing events.  For companies with a wide target market we recommend sending an initial marketing email to the target audience, as this will make the calls 'warmer', reduce the time taken to generate results and increase the number of leads.  However, if clients have a very specific target market and/or a Decision Maker is not easily identifiable or a client wants to get specific permission to send information then we will take a 'rifleshot' approach and call target companies one by one.

We work on a fixed daily rate or on a retainer plus percentage of sale. All campaigns typically involve a ramp up stage so we will typically propose an initial 20 pilot as a proof of concept.
