Our Value
We strive to develop long term relationships with our clients. In our experience and that of our clients, very few IT lead generation companies' staff have the experience, gravitas and confidence to be able to effectively convey the value of complex, enterprise level propositions effectively and credibly.
We only employ seasoned, mature graduates with work experience (as opposed to several of our competitiors employ graduate students who are often doing telemarketing to provide work experience for their degree). Our staff are paid a reasonable basic with generous performance-related bonuses so they are hungry to perform but not desperate (as is the case with many of our competitors who pay both low basics and low bonuses). We train our staff in consultative selling techniques and on-the-job training marketing Business Partners, so that we know that they are imbued with relationship-selling, rather than box-shifting, skills.
Ultimately we provide a service that is leagues better because our client's salespeople are highly motivated to attend our appointments, knowing that we have not coerced contacts and that contacts are at a meaningful level within target organisations. Since a far higher proportion of our identified opportunities convert to sales cycles and sales the real, total cost of sale in using our services is far lower than our competitors.
